It is important to care for your down to keep you warm and dry. Normal detergents should not be used on down items as they can impair performance by leaving various chemical residues behind and reducing the garment’s ability to insulate or repel water. Fortunately, Grangers Down Wash is exactly that, a cleaner that has been formulated to deep clean items without damaging the delicate material inside. *Tip* This is a great product to use before re-proofing your down with Down Repel. To help with the drying process, we also recommend using dryer balls and checking periodically. HOW TO USE •Use one 50ml capful per large item or two smaller items. Use half a capful if washing your hands. •Pour the product directly into the detergent drawer of your washing machine. •Wash on a full cycle at 30°C/86°F or according to care instructions on the label.
