Shipping policy
1. For Orders from $1 to $199.99
A shipping fee of $25 applies to deliveries within Canada.
2. For Orders of $200 and Above
Free shipping within Canada.
3. Shipping to the United States
A $50 fee applies for all deliveries to the United States.
4. Customs Fees and Taxes for U.S. Orders
For any order shipped to the United States, the customer is fully responsible for all costs associated with importing the order, including but not limited to customs duties, import taxes, customs processing fees, and any other fees imposed by U.S. authorities. These fees are not included in the order amount and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
The customer acknowledges that these fees may vary based on the value of the order and the current U.S. customs laws. It is the customer’s responsibility to inquire with U.S. customs authorities about applicable tax and customs obligations. Ski Michel Inc. cannot be held responsible for any delays, fees, or issues related to the importation of the order into the United States.

6. Delivery Signature Option
To ensure your package arrives safely, we offer a delivery signature option. This option incurs an additional $5 charge*, which will be automatically added to your order. The delivery signature ensures that the package is handed directly to the recipient at the specified address.
However, you can choose to disable this option when placing your order. By choosing to remove this option, you agree that the package may be left in your mailbox or in front of your door without requiring a signature. If you remove this option, you acknowledge and accept that Ski Michel Inc. cannot be held responsible for the loss, theft, or any other incident affecting the package after it has been delivered to the specified address.
