The ultra-light Alpinist pin binding (270 g without brake) offers everything experienced ski tourers need. Its construction allows active length compensation without affecting the flex of the ski. A very stiff ISI toe piece makes it easy to put on the binding, while a large contact surface with integrated toe piece automatically positions and aligns the boot. Kinematically optimized pin levers then allow the pins to be closed with a simple push. The heel unit has 0°, 5° and 9° ascent aids and can be quickly and easily switched from ascent to descent mode. A 38 mm wide hole pattern transfers power perfectly to the edges, which means excellent control and steering.
