The Duke PT 12 (DIN 4-12) is not only completely new, but also combines the performance of a Squire with the uphill ease of an insert binding. A standout feature is its innovative Ride & Hike front toe stop. In walking mode, the upper part is simply unlocked and turned forward, revealing the insert attachment. To reduce swing weight, the upper part of the front stop can be removed and stored in a backpack. The Lock & Walk multifunction unit automatically blocks the ski stop and serves as a climbing wedge with 10° inclination. When descending, the front section of the front stop is reinserted on the plate and Auto Quad Lock technology ensures its locking at four points. Now the toe piece works like a normal ski touring toe piece, with all the associated benefits! The heel piece belongs to the latest generation of lightweight Hollow Linkage heel pieces.
