The manager will be responsible for inventory management and staff training. He will be involved in several aspects of store management, including merchandising, and will participate in optimizing sales and supply processes.
Tasks and responsibilities :
- Establish weekly priorities
- Communicate goals to the team
- Ensure the smooth running of in-store operations and online sales
- Manage and supervise the marketing of products
- Prepare and communicate schedules
- Provide training and supervision to sales staff
- Ensure the quality of customer service
- Ensure the cleanliness of the departments
- Process returns and warranties
- Maintaining good relationships with our suppliers
- Get involved in company advertising and marketing
- Follow up on customer orders
- Process receipts and shipments of merchandise
- Sales assistance
Qualifications sought:
Knowledge of retail and the ski industry would be an asset
Have a minimum of experience in business management/supervision
Have skills in work organization and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and rigorously
English proficiency
The candidate must possess the following skills:
Ease of relating to others and being able to work alone and in a team
Welcoming, collaborative and committed approach
Have a sense of organization, ethics and diplomacy
Receive, discuss and identify customer requests and direct them to the right advisor

Working hours: 40 h
Work shift: day and weekend over 8 months
Start of employment: September 2024
