1. For orders from $1 to $199.99

A $25 delivery charge applies for shipments within Canada.

2. For orders of $200 and over

Free shipping in Canada.

3. Delivery to the United States

A $50 fee applies to all deliveries within the United States.

4. Customs Fees and Taxes for Orders in the United States

For any order shipped to the United States , the customer is fully responsible for all fees associated with the importation of the order, including, but not limited to, customs duties , import taxes , customs processing fees , and other fees imposed by U.S. authorities . These fees are not included in the order amount and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

The customer acknowledges that these fees may vary depending on the value of the order and the customs regulations in force in the United States. It is the customer's responsibility to check with the US customs authorities to determine the applicable tax and customs obligations. Ski Michel Inc. cannot be held responsible for any delays, fees, or problems related to the importation of the order into the United States.

5.1 Fees are calculated after discounts and before taxes.

5.2 Surcharges may apply if the box dimensions, weight or distance from the delivery address are exceptional. We will contact you if this is the case.

6. Signature option upon receipt

To ensure your package arrives safely, we offer a signature upon delivery option . This option carries an additional $5 charge that will be automatically added to your order. Signature upon delivery ensures that the package is hand-delivered to the address provided.

However, you have the option to disable this option when ordering. By choosing to opt out of this option, you agree that the package may be left in your mailbox or at your door without requiring a signature. If you opt out of this option, you acknowledge and agree that Ski Michel Inc. cannot be held responsible for the loss, theft, or any other incident affecting the package after it has been delivered to the address indicated.

7. Delivery times during the summer season

Please note that during the summer season, from April 22 to August 25, 2025, deliveries will exceptionally be made once a week.
