A ski touring backpack to be used all year round for ski touring, mountaineering and climbing! The VAUDE Serles 22 is a lightweight and compact backpack for shorter, minimalist mountain tours. The hiking backpack offers a very stable and comfortable fit thanks to the close-fitting back (Synergy Mold Light) and the ergonomic shoulder straps inspired by trail running. The quickly removable hip belt and the flat, short wing of the belt do not get in the way when climbing and wearing a harness. Elastic pockets on the soft padded shoulder straps keep a cell phone, GPS device or cereal bar as well as a soft flask handy in the hiking backpack. The large zip allows quick access to the main compartment which can accommodate, among other things, a hydration pocket and the removable rescue bag with avalanche equipment. This hiking backpack can be naturally compressed effectively to make it flat. Possibility of attaching skis to the side, poles or an ice ax to the front. The top of the backpack has a retractable rope holder; possibility of hanging the helmet on special loops. The Serles 22 hiking backpack is made of sturdy polyamide (52% recycled) and is aimed at eco-friendly mountaineers who want to cover a wide range of alpine activities with a lightweight backpack. This product is also climate-neutral: emissions from materials, manufacturing processes and transport have been holistically determined and systematically reduced. The currently unavoidable emissions have been fully compensated by the independent non-profit organization “myclimate”.
